Do you ship worldwide?

No. At present, Lolare ships exclusively within the UK

When will my order arrive?

All orders are made via Royal Mail Standard Delivery and will arrive within 7 working days.

What are the shipping costs?

UK shipping is a flat rate of £4.99

Can I amend or cancel my order?

If you are unhappy with your order or would like to make amendments, please contact - lolarebags@outlook.com - within 48 hours. After 48 hours of purchase, we won't be able to cancel or make amendments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards

How should I care for my Lolare bag?

Each Lolare piece is hand-crafted with care.

To preserve its shape and texture, we recommend:
    •    Hand wash ONLY with cool water (max 30 degrees)
    •    Using a debobbler to remove any natural pilling over time
    •    Refreshing the surface with a lint roller for a polished finish
    •    Avoiding machine washing

Do you take Custom orders?
